Kirsta Cobb
​Head Volleyball Coach at Ohio Wesleyan University

Kirsta has over 30 years of experience in volleyball, including 17 years as a collegiate coach. As a former DI player and coach, she has extensive knowledge in training volleyball at the highest level. Her background includes playing at DI IPFW (2000-2003), professional playing experience in Copenhagen, Denmark (2004-2005), Head Coach at NAIA Indiana Tech (2007-2012), Assistant Coach at DI Xavier University (2012-2014). She has coached with the Battling Bishops since 2014.  In 2024, the Battling Bishops won the NCAC Conference Tournament and made the 1st ever NCAA Tournament appearance in school history.

Amaya Smith
​Assistant Coach at Ohio Wesleyan University

Amaya began coaching with Ohio Wesleyan in February 2023.  She has had great success as a club coach with Mintonette Volleyball Club as well as teaching individual lessons.  She has also spent time as a high school coach.  Smith is a 2023 graduate of The Ohio State University.
