Kirsta Cobb
​Head Volleyball Coach at Ohio Wesleyan University

Kirsta has over 21 years of experience in volleyball. As a former DI player and coach, she has extensive knowledge in training volleyball at the highest level. Her background includes playing at DI IPFW (2000-2003), Professional playing experience in Copenha- gen, Denmark (2004-2005) Head Coach at NAIA Indiana Tech (2007-2012), Assistant Coach at DI Xavier University (2012-2014). She just concluded her 1st season with the Battling Bishops in 2014.  In her first season she turned a losing program and last place in the conference, into a top competitor in the NCAC Conference finishing 4th and competing in the NCAC Semi-Final.  Their 17-12 record improves by almost 150% and gave the Bishops their best season in over 8 years, including increasing their national ranking by over 120 spots.

Krysta Iwanek
​Assistant Coach

Krysta is a recent graduate of Ohio Wesleyan and has just finished her first season coaching with the Bishops.  She played under Kirsta Cobb and she was a 4-year letterwinner on the Battling Bishop volleyball team.  During her Bishop playing career, she ranked among the North Coast Athletic Conference leaders in blocks per game during each of her 4 seasons and twice was among the league leaders in service aces.

Jaime Douce
​Volunteer Assistant Coach

Jaime was a standout player for Ohio Wesleyan during her collegiate playing years (2004- 2007). She currently holds multiple defensive records for OWU and has been a key contributor to the defensive success of OWU volleyball.  Her energy, knowledge, and passion for the game helped to give momentum to the Bishop turn-around this past season.  She will begin her 3rd season with the Bishops this fall.

OWU Volleyball Team

The current players have done some incredible things for the Bishop program and will be full of energy, passion, and knowledge that they can pass down to campers.  They are excited to help continue the sport of volleyball in our youth!
